to sa prekrizenim zvucnikom je ok, cim signal nema odgovarajucu razinu ili ga nema uopste, TV automatski resetuje audio out i podigne mute..to je u redu..i kod mene je. Tako sam mislio da nije mozda i ze menu da nece na rasteru da postavi ali nije... kod mene ga ima uvek..proverio sam. Ako je neko skidao i igrao se onda oni prozorcici moraju biti nazuljeni pa tako znas...i to ako se sa makazicama vadi, kad vadis sa prirucnim alatom..to budu muke Isusove i ostete se prorezi. U user manualu nisam nasao nista vezano za taj lock, pogledacu jos koliko stignem pa valjda iskopamo nesto. Na obicnim TV ima ta problematika je vezana za child lock..da decurlija ne brljaju po tastaturi vec samo preko daljinca.

zarkic, nesto mi pade na pamet...da se i tu neko nije igrao sa uredjajem i probao da ostavi TV mod i kad auto ide..kao ono sto si ostavio link...jesi li vadio navi i pregledao konektore..pogledaj one sitne prozorcice gore i dole jesu li grebani..da li je neko vec vadio...
i jos nesto..imas li uputstvo sa karticom gde se vidi kod??? Mozda je neko izgubio pa dekodirao i shebao dump???

eehhh..u pravu je acom..pisemo i tamo i 'vamo..nema veze, ako je problem nek se izbrisu postovi..
sto se ovog tice, sad sam gledao na mom ...jedan stisak button 21 ili ti desno okruglo dugme i odmah me vodi u MENU..evo ti na slikama..pravilno je da izaberes PAL/BG CENTRAL EUROPE, samo tad je 100% kvalitetna slika, svaki drugi standard ne daje sliku osim recimo PAL/BG GREECE i jos neki ali je slika losa...garant ti je to....samo standard da izaberes a ovaj sto ti treba je prvi na listi i potvrdjuje se sa istim dugmetom...
e sad...jel tebi uopste reaguje taj button??? Mozes li da ga proveris u drugim modovima rada..CD, Radio i sl..??? mozda je taster sheban...na primer..kad radi CD okretanjem dugmeta 21 se vidi kako se menja pozicija CDa u changeru..
ps @acom..izvinjavamo se za dupliranje teme..cim zarkic procita..ako Bog da da pomogne. moze da se brise sve sto se mene tice...

izgleda da pametnije kolege kazu da ga treba menjati...uobicajen problem..gotovo da nema auta kome se to ne desi..ja sam svojevremeno video na youtube kako lik sa stapicem za usi i alkoholom cisti displej deo ka flatu i on proradi..cak su i nudili neke tool kitove za isto ali nesto ne verujem u to..probacu da ti nadjem taj link...

Cekam i ja , za sada mozemo samo da sanjamo da ce Atlas da ucrta nase jaruge i kaljuge u mape zato na NAVI zaboravi a TV ne znam sto je snezan..ne bi trebalo..lepo radi..jedino ako si u nekoj rupi..isteraj Avdija negde na cistinu pa ces videti

aajj..zaboravih..jesi li proverio kvarc da li osciluje i da li u stand-by ima ista na I2C magistrali?? Panel prema MCU treba da krene komunikacija kad stisnes power dugne.

eee.ti kenwoodi imaju glupu osobinu da se zaglupe a uglavnom zbog seckanja napona....desavalo mi se 2-3 puta da mi donesu na servis, ja ga prikacim a on proradi jer se u medjuvremenu resetovao sa ponovnim kacenjem na napon. Posle toga nisam ni skidao na astal nego direktno u autu skinem sa napajanja sacekam malo pa pustim opet i proradi..bilo je sigurno 2 ili 3 takva slucaja. ozes i da probas pod napajanjem sa onim reset tasterom iza prednnjeg panela..ako ne uspe, pecni i ti njega pa ce proraditi..vrlo moguce.

nadji SM od njega i vidi kako se radi E2PROM clearing...cini mi se da bese taster 3+6 i reset button. Pojavi ti se error 4 zatim pritisnes taster 2 i sacekas da taj zadnji broj 4 predje u 0. potom ugasis uredjaj upalis ga i sve radi.
Pre toga treba pregledati instalaciju na tom autu da nije bilo mozda kr. spojeva na zvucncima, ispravnost zvucnika za svaki slucaj..takodje okolinu oko audio OUTa da nema kaljavstine, skrame i sl...
Popodne cu biti u servisu pa cu pogledati za SM i ostalo..sad sam u fabrici.

Tacno tako, desava se da eeprom puca i gubi sadrzaj i treba ga ponovo reprogramirati. Meni se desavalo da pogubi sadrzaj usled oscilacija u napajanju ali i jednom jer je vlaga usla u tablu???
Evo vam sta sam do sada nakupio korisnih stvarcica oko kvarova, i ja se upravljam po tome...pogledajte pa se zabavljajte...ali kao sto kolega rece, samo elektronicari..OSTALI NE PIPAJTE!!!!!!

But the trafo allways seems to be bad, but it is good
Change the pwm controller (2843B) to a new one.
Check the pin 6 and the 30 ohm resistor.
Check oscillator frequency, must be 52 KHz.
And all soldering
Your bench power supply must be 6-8A or better, i use lead acid accu 7Ah/12V. You must connect pin 1 of Red connector to +12V via R=1K and dashboard will start only clock, but this is enough to see that work or not. Start current is critical.

this instrument is really not complicated !!!

check smd fuse - if is o.k. then try resolderin pcb (1ohm resistors and everything around)
try start instrument with 1k resistor
if working clock - check current 1.2 - 1.3 A.
if more then something is not o.k.

if smd fuse is not o.k. then check transistor F3710, resistor 30 ohm and CS52843 (look data sheet)

lot of instrument clusters to lose eeprom software. without correctly software cluster not starting as well, sometimes is different milage. noise from converter.

you can try measure it with a multimeter
First, identify the gate, drain and source pin from semiconductor data book.
Once you have locate each pin of the fet, then use your analog meter set to times 10K ohm range. If you are measuring an n-channel fet then place the black probe to the drain pin. Then touch the gate pin with the red probe to discharge any internal capacitance in the fet. Now move the red probe to source pin while the black probe still touching the drain pin. Use your finger and touch the gate and drain pin together and you will see the analog meter needle will kick forward to middle range of the meter's scale. Removing the red probe from the source pin and touching it back again the source pin the needle will still remain at the center of the meter's scale. To discharge it you have to remove the red probe and touch one time on the gate pin. This will discharge the internal capacitance again. Now using the red probe to touch on the source pin again, the needle would not move at all because you already discharge it by touching the gate pin.
I know is a little bit of confusion but after some practice you will be able to test all types of fet.
When measuring the fet and you observed all the readings moved toward the 0 ohms range then the fet is considered shorted and need to be replace. Checking the P-channel is similar to checking an N-channel fet, just switch the probe polarity when measuring the P-channel. If you having an analog multimeter with a times 100k Ohm range, then you might not be able to accurately check the fet due to the missing of 9 Volt battery in the meter. The missing of 9 volt battery will have not enough power to trigger the fet. Make sure your meter have the time 10k ohm range. Typical N-channel fet part numbers are K792, K1118, IRF630, IRF 840. P-channel fet part number are J306, J512, IRF9610 and etc.

If your dash is starting intermitant, then the eeprom is not the problem (i have experimented with eeprom contents and found that there is only 2 address which hold power up data, i dont think the data is the same for every version of dash, needs more research). The only corruption i have seen is the milage jumping up or down, but i feel the eeprom stores parameters for the particular model of scenic, ie:- electric handbrake, auto gearbox,launguage, etc (someone correct me if i am wrong)
Ok i am attaching a pic with voltages i read on a dash i fixed, if you have voltages like these and still no display then i would assume there is no coms from dash to vehicle ??.
I also took pictures of ossciloscope readings from pwm, i will upload as soon as i find my usb lead.

mozda je problem lampice ulja nezavisan od kazaljke brzine...na Vitu nisam ali na Ventu jesam imao takav problem..sve lepo radi do nekih 40km/h a onda nista do 120km/h..tada ''prokine'' i lepo radi..umalo ne gadjah u neki kultivator kad sam probao dal' radi...a resio sam promenom dampa.
